About Us

Dutt Veterinary Hospital, LLC is the long-awaited veterinary medical hospital facility for in and out patient care of pets and smaller farm animals by Kyle W. Dutt, V.M.D.  The hospital construction comes after 27 years in practice treating a wide array of animals including dairy and beef cattle, sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, mules, farm and pot-bellied pigs, llamas, alpacas, chickens, cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, ferrets, and rheas.  A great majority of these animals were –and some still are—treated medically and surgically at the owner’s  farm or home.  Although treating many of these animals on their own  home was still an option, the need for a hospital facility to diagnose and treat some of these animals became more urgent to Dr. Dutt   Also, over the years Dr.Dutt practiced more and more small animal veterinary medicine.  Though he still cared for some large animals, and pets and a few smaller farm and exotic animals at several local veterinary hospitals, he was not able to advance in the way he felt he should to treat animals in his own preferred way and to once again make more fulfilling use of his veterinary education.  Therefore it was time to establish a veterinary hospital of his own which would be the beginning  of more personal and comprehensive care for the special animals he treats and their caring owners.  The creation of Dutt Veterinary Hospital, LLC ,an enormous undertaking for many reasons, was only possible through the never-ending support and guidance of his precious wife and love of his life Kathy.

The mission of Dutt Veterinary Hospital is to offer  individualized and compassionate care on an in and out patient basis to a variety of animals including many of the animals treated by Dr. Dutt over the years listed above.  Our knowledgable, courteous and gentle staff strive to provide the best-suited care to our patients based on the decisions made between the owners and Dr.Dutt.  We constantly stay abreast to the fullest extent possible and do not hesitate to refer patients to the many specialists available if diagnosis and treatment needs dictate this.  We also still offer a limited amount of house and farm call services.  Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about our services and patient care options.
